• Employees can pay by CC out of pocket or with company P-card
• The company can pre-purchase gift codes/certificates for use on the store site. (Example: for a company safety award, employee of the month award, etc.)
• Options for personalization (ex: an embroidered name) are available at the product level.
• Shipping to employee's address -or- Pickup @ Atomic Threads in Hayden are both options at the checkout level.
• We try to keep the total # of products under 48, unless a store site is very active.

We've developed a simple but highly effective tool for clients with ongoing bulk order needs to place reorders-- A dedicated online store website called The Restock Store.

The beauty of this type of online apparel store is, you can build a bulk order and request a quote for it online, while still getting bulk quantity pricing. This saves you time and saves your company money. (And you look like a star!!)

This online portal has all of your established logowear items loaded into it, and every art & product detail contained there. This customized system leaves ZERO room for errors when reordering, AND placing reorders just became delegatable!

• This value-added service is provided to select clients, with recurring designs & product styles. (Think: company uniforms, popular merch items-- Not one-time projects)
• We will consider launching a Restock Store only AFTER the initial order of a logowear item. Only established designs/products can be added to a Restock Store, not a first-time logowear item.
• We build & maintain your Restock Store at NO COST TO YOU. We must meet with you a few times a year, to make sure your store's product listings stay fresh, and to continue customizing your online clothing store to best suit your needs.

Everything works the same as a Bulk Order after that. We'll send you an Official Quote, and the process is the same as a bulk order. Your store site is available 24/7/365 for whenever you need to request a quote for a logowear reorder.

In most all cases, to have us add a new product to your Store, you must have purchased that product once first, as a bulk order. It may sound a bit backward, but this ensures that only the items that you DEFINITELY order get added to the site. After all, the purpose of this site is to streamline REORDERS. "Fresh" products must go through the regular bulk order quote process once, before being added to the store.

A lot of time & effort goes into the art proofs, mockups & image files before a product can be added to the site. But, when we can just create those files from a paid order (with proofs already completed!), most of that development work is already done ahead of time. Upon your request & with just a few more steps on our end, we will add the new products to your Restock Store so you can reorder the next time.
