Occasionally, we are not able to source a blank clothing item through our suppliers.

If this is the case, we will consider decorating "customer provided garments", or CPG's as a favor to a qualified client. But, we review these types of projects thoroughly before committing.

There is a very high risk of your shirt item(s) getting ruined in production, especially with the "unknowns" involved in decorating customer property.

Full disclosure: We discourage bringing in your own items to decorate. Why?
  1. If a CPG is ruined in production, we cannot replace it or reimburse you for it. No exceptions.
    2.
    ✔ If a blank item sourced by us gets ruined, you likely wouldn't even know it happened! We simply order a "redo" from our supplier and decorate again.

  2. Many retail clothing items are simply not made to be decorated.
    3.  Obstructing logos, seams, zippers, unusual fabrics and other "unknowns" may hinder our ability to do a quality decoration job. Also, we cannot make any guarantees as to the longevity of the decoration because of so many unknowns.
    ✔ Items sourced through our catalogs are decoration-ready, and in most cases we've decorated that item many times before. Experience counts for a LOT

  3. We must charge more to decorate your items.
    4.  Because we must take photos of every different style given to us, this adds to the time & labor needed to create your art proof & mockups. Also some extra technical work is be needed before and during the production process to achieve the best result. ✔ Our suppliers provide us with ready-made product images for proofs, and our team is very knowledgable with how to best decorate these catalog-sourced products. Less time in process means lower cost to you.

We encourage you to check with us first before purchasing blank garments. Here's where to start:

Check our Best Sellers menu first, for our most commonly ordered items. Product catalogs show a full list of items available from each supplier or, just ask us! Let us know your needs through our Quote / Reorder page.

What to know:

  • We do not take on "one-off" or less than minimum projects. Minimum quantities of CPG's start at 6 for most items, and 12 for hats. See minimum quantity information below for full details & costs.
  • Nearly all CPG projects start at $300 minimum. See below for full breakdown of costs.
  • We avoid taking on "dog's breakfast" projects. This means a grab bag of totally different items. This is particularly true with embroidery projects & hats with any decoration type. Having done many of these jobs in the past, we know all too well that these are ripe for a LOT of items to get ruined. Trust our experience here!
  • We do not add "names only" or any other personalization by itself; we must decorate a set of 6 or more items with (all the same) logo to consider adding names to items. Names/personalization are priced as a second decoration location.
  • We will decline an overly risky project. If any project is too complex, estimated to be very time consuming, too technically challenging or runs the risk of becoming an "epic fail", we will advise you accordingly and will not take on the job.
  • Products from our supplier catalogs must be ordered through us. You'll save money AND eliminate the risk this way!
  • Once again, If a CPG is ruined in production, we cannot replace it or reimburse you for it. No exceptions.

Art proof & photo mockup fees:

New embroidery design: $175 digitizing & art proof first design, $75 second or more.
New embroidery with digitized file provided by customer: $125 digitizing & art proof first design, $75 second or more.

Established embroidery designs already in our system: $75

New Digital Print design: $125

New screen print & all other decoration types: $125

Shirts and other "flat" items (excluding hats):

   Minimum order quantity: 6 total pieces (or we charge for 6)
   Embroidery pricing: Left chest sized logo, max size 4"
        6-47 qty: $25 first location, $20 second or more.
        48+ qty: Custom quote needed.

   Digital Print pricing: Left chest sized logo, max size 4"
        6-47 qty: $20 first location, $15 second or more.
        48+ qty: Custom quote needed.

   Screen print pricing: Custom quote needed.

Hats:

   Minimum order quantity: 12 total pieces (or we charge for 12)

   Embroidery pricing: Hat front sized logo, max size 4", $25 first location, $15 second or more.

   Digital Print pricing: Hat front sized logo, max size 4"
        6-47 qty: $15 first location, $10 second or more.
        48+ qty: Custom quote needed.

How do I get started to my clothing items decorated?

We'll have you complete a very quick application form, which the production manager will review and make sure we feel confident decorating your items.

  • After review & approval you will receive an e-mail with a link to your Official Quote.
  • All project quotes must be approved & paid in full for work to begin.
  • Art proofs & mockups are started after payment is received.
