--How do we do that, exactly?

We'll help you organize the details for your custom corporate apparel project upfront, so that after the initial consultation & order you can reorder your company shirts with virtually zero effort.

We save everyone time, by securely storing ALL of the details for your custom corporate apparel items in our system, so that your reorder will match the order before it, exactly.

We feel strongly that company uniforms should be.... well, uniform.

Starting a fresh project takes a little time, but you'll find that reorders are a real time saver. We keep notes for EVERYTHING you decided on the first time around! Our Restock Store system is ideal for custom corporate apparel and merch projects, so anyone in your company can place reorders confidently.

--How does the process work? How do I get a project started?

For New projects AND Reorders: Use the Quote / Reorder page to send our team the basic project details, so we can send you a quote to review / approve / pay online to get work started.

Our process, step by step

Request a quote:

• Please send us all of your project details using the Quote/Reorder form above.
    - The sales team will reply by e-mail to request any further details we need to build your quote.

• If you've sent us everything requested in the online form, next an e-mail with a link to your quote will be sent to you promptly. Click the link, your quote will open up in your web browser.

• After reviewing your quote closely, click the blue "Approve" button at top left.

• The next page will request payment by CC or ACH. You may pay by cash or check if you prefer, by dropping by our location or by mail. Please do not mail cash.



After quote approval & payment:

Blank garments are ordered immediately after an order is paid, to ensure stock availability.
    - If you need to add on to an order, please let us know right away so we can decorate all items at the same time. 
    - Changes to an order (canceling items) after we've ordered blanks will likely require a 20% restock fee and return shipping fee to our supplier.

• Art proofs & mockups are also started immediately after payment is received and sent by e-mail, typically 1-4 business days following payment.
    - The link for the art proof is the same as the quote link. Everything for your project is all saved in one central place.



Production:

Production most often begins immediately after art approval. If all blank goods have arrived, then projects are sent to production in the order they came in. Most orders only take a day or so to produce.

• When all items have been decorated, we will then notify you by e-mail to come pick up.
